Christian and Ashley’s story began online in February of 2018, with a simple conversation that quickly felt like more. What started as messages turned into anticipation, and soon into a first date neither of them would ever forget.That date had everything: poetry that made them think, Mexican food that made them laugh, and dancing through Market Square like the rest of the world didn’t exist. It wasn’t just a good date—it was the date. The kind that quietly tells you, this matters.About a year later, they took the next big step and moved in together, learning the rhythm of everyday life side by side. In January 2020, their little family grew when they adopted a golden retriever named Luna, whose wagging tail and unconditional love filled their home in a whole new way.Through the years, Christian and Ashley have grown and changed together—supporting each other, learning each other, and building a life they genuinely love. They’ve collected memories across miles: bright lights in Las Vegas, charm in Cincinnati, sunshine in Tampa, chilly adventures in New Jersey, and unforgettable moments in New Orleans. Each trip added another layer to their story.At the end of 2023, they put down deeper roots and bought a house, turning it into a home filled with love, laughter, and plans for the future. Then, on their six-year anniversary, Christian asked the question that had been quietly answered for years—he proposed.Now, after eight years together, they’re stepping into the next chapter: marriage. Not just celebrating how far they’ve come, but everything still ahead. A life built on love, choice, and the joy of growing together.And this—this is just the beginning. 💍💛
